Tonight we celebrate the birthday of Howard Austin, former radio host of WYMS Jazz Milwaukee (now Radio Milwaukee). Howard is one of the most knowledgeable minds around regarding jazz and has countless stories about meeting many of the greats as they passed through town and popped in at the radio station. But, tonight, he wants some blues, so that we will give him — including a set led by the electrifying Lee Cooper on keys.

The Transfer House Band is: Neal Chandek on keys, Bill Martin on guitar, and Omar on the kit.
